4. User Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENVETMED AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OpenVetMed and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
